So my Laptop is working again! Yay!

I ran into more issues when I got it back because the guys in the shop updated its operating system to the latest version and Logic wouldn't work with that.

So...I had to get the new Logic which I don't like so much but if it means I can record some piano then I'm happy :)

So I got my Laptop back today.
They replaced some parts to get it working again but sadly the Harddrive was dead and nothing could be saved.

Music wise this means I lose over 300gb of samples, ProTools, Logic, all my plugins and unfinished sessions.
All my finished sessions...

Basically this is a huge setback for me making music.
I need to get a DAW now and start to rebuild my sample folder from scratch.

Needless to say, do NOT expect music anytime soon in future...

Well...this sucks.

My laptop broke which means absolutely no music for a while until its fixed. I sent it in today and they nervously told me it may need to be wiped....which would be a disaster. The idea of losing all my music and samples and custom synths hurts...but if it'll work again...UGH

So I've been thinking its time for a new icon image, but sadly my artistic talents stop at music and nothing more.

Would anyone be interesting in possibly making me a new one of sorts?

I'd want the name "LazyBucks" featured on it somewhere, something with a ambient feel would be cool.
Maybe some sort of Angel like figure? I totally dig that kind of thing.

Hey guys, its been a while.

So I found out last month that I will be moving to Japan in January for a year for work. If all goes well my contract will be extended and I might get the chance to stay there longer.

This is a huge step forward for me, to finally get over to the country that I have long admired.
